Hey guys! My name is Jessica welcome to my blog. I am an ex-elite gymnast now cheerleader, currently studying sport psychology and coaching sciences at university.
I’ve recently been invited to write for the muscle movement. And what better time to start, than whilst we’re all stuck at home bored. With little to do at the moment, it is hard to stay occupied, interested and motivated, in most things; including a healthy and active lifestyle.
With little inspiration or information on how to keep both our minds and bodies healthy, I’ve decided to start writing to share my knowledge with you guys! My aim is to give you guys quick, easy and simple nutrition, exercise and health and well-being tips to keep you on track to achieving your goals. As well as inspiring you guys who struggle to fit in workouts due to busy lifestyles or cannot afford/access gym memberships.
