At the age of 15, I decided to make a change to my life. I put down the controller and picked up the weights, and so I began my journey into fitness. What began as home workouts became a committed effort spending long hours in the gym 5 days a week minimum. Not only did I improve physically but I noticed the effect of working out improve my mood and improved my mental health even through tough times. 3 years on, gym is one of the biggest parts of my life, even in the tough situation we find ourselves now it is still a huge contributor and one aspect of my routine that will not be broken even with limited equipment at home. Put in the hard work and results will always follow!
